Hi @ashutosh23 you currently have less than 501 points. Once you reach 501 points you will be eligible for a $10 gift card.

Hi @ashutosh23 thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this. You were sent our newsletter in January which shared confirmation of your current points (zero) but there was a glitch which meant you saw the link that those who have 501+ points could access to redeem against a $10 gift card.
Once you reach 501+ points we’ll be pleased to provide you with a gift card.
If I redeem a $10 gift card, will my loyalty points be removed, or will they still be available in my profile?
Hi @zainbasit, yes 501 points will be removed from your profile when you redeem a $10 gift card.
But I think it was the limit of 250 Loyalty Point, Have you increase the points creteria?
