Could not claim my prize due to wrong phone number

Darren sent me this gift, but I did not claim it because I put a wrong phone number on it, so I did not claim the prize. Would you reconsider the prize and cancel the previous B4B master card? I hope you can help me send a gift again. I will be very happy.

Hi @Doglas, Darren reached out to you via email last week. As advised, you will need to contact Mastercard directly so they can organise the change of number.
